Auditors are admitted for single modules. Each module consisting of two sub-modules of 3 credits for a total of 6 credits can be taught as a single course up to a maximum of 3 modules (18 credits).
Attendance requirement: 75% of the lessons

Enrollment fee: €3,800.00 (to be paid in two installments as as written in the call for applications)

Lessons, workshops and internship

For the next edition of the Master we are waiting for the publication of the single Sapienza admission call, which normally takes place at the end of October of each academic year.
The deadlines for enrollment are usually in mid-January of the following year, therefore for the next edition 2025–2026, the deadline for enrollment will be around January 15, 2026.
The Master has a duration from March to December.
There are 240 hours of online lessons scheduled on Thursdays and Fridays in the afternoon, 14:30 / 19:30.

During the year, there will be 4 in-person workshops for a total of 60 hours: 2 of them lasting 2 days (Thursday and Friday 9:30 / 19:30) and the other 2 lasting 3 full days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30 / 19:30). Shortly, the official 2026 calendar with the indication of all the lesson and workshop days will be published on our website.

The training program also includes a 150-hour internship to be individually agreed upon according to the availability of the numerous companies that collaborate with us, as well as according to the possible requests of the student.

The online lessons are divided into 10 didactic modules:

  • Architectural modeling in BIM/HBIM-ARCH environment
  • Technical Architecture and Digitalization: modeling and information management in BIM environment
  • Building construction digitalization
  • BIM for environmental sustainability
  • Advanced climatic design
  • Advanced digital systems for energy management of buildings in BIM MEP environment
  • Environmental, building and infrastructural sustainability protocols
  • Eco-sustainable materials and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
  • BIM-based digital modeling and management of construction and management processes
  • Digital management of public procurement and Legal BIM
